CENTRAL GROUP charity concert in O2 arena 2014

Charity mega concert featuring legendary tenor José Carreras and currently the most famous violinist in the world Vanessa-Mae was the world premiere performances of these artists as part of the same concert. Breathtaking performances of both performers was watched by 12,000 visitors to Prague’s O2 arena. The concert starts with Vanessa-Mae, followed by José Carreras performing with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra conducted by David Gimenez. Special guest was the famous Irish soprano Celine Byrne.
The organizer of the concert, CENTRAL GROUP, is the largest residential developer and investor in the Czech Republic. Concert generated 1,000,000 CZK for charitable purposes – the Endowment Fund for Children’s Health. This unique double concert was organized by CENTRAL GROUP to mark its 20th anniversary.
